Bow Centre Place in Calgary is a self-contained housing project owned and operated by the Bow Centre Housing Society.

Calgary Bow Centre Place is intended for the seniors who can live independently.

The bulletin boards are located on the main floor. The board closest to the elevator is for the administrator to post notices and items that concern everyone in the building. The large board to the left going towards the garden is used for general information everyone may be interested in. To the right you will find a calendar listing events occurring in the building and health information.

Located near a strip mall that contains public library, clinics (doctor, dentist, chiropractor), convenience store, drug store, bakery, meat market, restaurants, Legion, video store, Loonie store and grocery store.

Across the street from the Community Centre with ice rink and Bingo.

We are located five blocks from the river, close to Bowness Park and Canada Olympic Park.

Shopping at the Montgomery Safeway and Crowfoot Circle – Safeway & Coop.

Many residents are active in the Bowness Senior Citizens’ Club and Legion.

No pets or animals of any kind shall be allowed or kept in or about the premises.

The Tenants will not have guests stay longer than two weeks without consent of the management. Permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

If parking facilities are used, the Tenant does so at his/her own risk and is required to park in the stall allocated to him/her. Only one parking stall per apartment is allowed, if there are vacant stalls, a second stall may be rented until needed by a new tenant.

Tenants will obey any rules posted regarding the use and care of the building, parking lot and laundry room that are provided for the Tenants use.

Moving from one apartment to another is not allowed.
