The folks at Blue Flame Kitchen are out there helping seniors in the Calgary area. For 6 weeks the staff at the Blue Flame Kitchen prepared meals for the residents at Bow Centre Place. Every day we received beautiful prepared meals and soups from their kitchen, along with a special note to each resident.
